Welcome to 444ok. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") applies to the use of the 444ok platform and all its services. By accessing this website or registering an account, you are considered to have accepted all the terms stated below. If 444ok finds evidence that a user is a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds on 444ok:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.
• Successfully verified transactions are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

444ok processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed in Taka. If currency conversion is needed, 444ok will apply the prevailing exchange rate.

444ok offers its members various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that should be read carefully before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:

• Wagering requirement: the total of the bonus amount and the deposited amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal.
• The wagering time limit is set by 444ok and will be displayed in your account.
• Wagering contributions may differ for certain games.
• If the promotion terms are not met, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

5.2 Promotion Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, collecting bonuses through family members, or abusing promotions in any other way is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonuses and winnings of the relevant account may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Program

444ok has five VIP tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits:

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity and engagement on the platform. 444ok reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

All games and betting activities on 444ok are governed by the following rules:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Any game or bet may be cancelled due to a technical error, and 444ok will refund the staked amount.
• In cricket betting, you may bet on international matches including BPL, IPL, T20, and ICC tournaments.
• 444ok is not responsible for network issues during live games.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a software or system error, 444ok reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

444ok is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. If any user attempts to gain an advantage through automated bots, bug exploitation, or any other dishonest means, their account will be permanently closed and all winnings will be cancelled.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 444ok platform. Immediate action will be taken against those who violate these prohibitions:

• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating a betting service for third parties.
• Depositing using a credit card or another person's account.
• Unauthorized access to the system or hacking attempts.

8.1 Suspension by 444ok

444ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.2 Closure by the User
